I have worked for over 12 years in the helping professions. My background is in residential care and adult mental health in both the private and voluntary sectors and in primary care settings. For the last 5 years I have worked as a sexual and relationship psychotherapist in the NHS and privately and in mental health. I have specialized in working with individuals and couples to enhance intimacy, when people have run into difficulty often as the impact of loss and bereavement.

• Issues of shame, stemming from trauma, presenting in subsequent mental health problems or sexual and relationship problems.
• Addiction and OCD issues.

Fees
£45 per hour. Fees vary according to location, session times/day/evening/ weekend appointments
Sessions last for 50 minutes, usually weekly.
