Case Story for Premature Ejaculation

Alan was 27 and panicking. His sexual problem was preventing him making any long term relationships and he had just met someone really special.
He wanted to take her away for the weekend and wanted some medication to fix his premature ejaculation. It was severe, he could come the moment he entered the vagina, or very soon after, and he was terrified of making a fool of himself. The therapist listened to his story and told him he was probably going about it all the wrong way. Alan was a sensitive and caring man, yet assumed that he had to make love very early in a relationship or the woman would lose interest. He was always nervous with new people, and would have liked to build a friendship first. The therapist told him a lot of women are like that too.
The therapist pointed out that he could give a woman a great deal of pleasure without penetration. This he had to agree with. He prided himself on being good at the other things, to make up for his poor performance in intercourse.
The therapist then spent time helping Alan to work out the best approach to a sexual relationship, and asked him to practice the Squeeze Technique. She told him he could be given medication as well if he wanted, but he prefered to do it without.
He found the exercises quite easy, and realised that taking time, noticing sensations in his own body, and paying attention to himself helped his Premature Ejaculation more than he could have imagined.
