The patient complains that the ejaculation is NOT strong like a 'fountain' but just drips without any force. Patient has NO other medical complaint.

When having intercourse I ejaculate without any sensation of ejculation or having an orgasm and it is only the reduction in stiffness of my penis that indicates that I have ejaculated - clearly, this is not satisfying me or my partner. What can I do about it?

Hello, me and my girlfriend have had sex several times but it seems to always end early, with me ejaculating every time but she never comes, she says she has been close with previous oral stimulation but I don't know. little or no forceful ejection of semen despite the perception of normal
contractions associated with climax. In a normal, healthy man, ejection

semen is being ejected but barely and in reduced volume, one would
suspect that this was not normal especially given that it is a departure

Your site did not seem to have an answer to my problem therefore, I hope you can answer this for me. I am 56 years of age and when I climax, ejaculation is retarded, as if something has closed up and is restricting the flow. I saw my physician with symptoms of an enlarged prostate about five years ago. He put me on Proscar. Shortly afterwards is when I first remmember having sexual problems. The doctor sent me to a Urologist who told me to stop taking the medication. I have tried two or thee other drugs for the prostate since that time but stopped all of them because I have low blood pressure and each of these drugs lowers blood pressure.

I have been having sex with my girlfriend for 2 years. Our problem is that
