When I use condoms the ejaculation is painful! The only time it is ever painful without condoms is if the urethra has pressure against it. (sometimes during doggy style)
I haved tried all sizes and shapes, and though I have found that looser condoms with a flared head seem to alleviate the symptoms, still
sometimes it is painful.
Looser condoms without the flared head dont seem to help.
What could be the cause of this? It doesnt sound like it is something
physical, because it is almost exlusively with condom use.
I dont believe I am allergic, I get no rash or soreness. The pain is
only during ejaculation is is gone.

The pain feels like it might have something to do with the semen having
no place to go during orgasm and the back pressure is causing the pain.

Am I the only person who experiences this? Does it point to another
problem?
