well for the past 3 times i had sex it seems like by the time she is ready to have sex im not in the mood anymore and i cant get and erection. like it doesnt take much to get me goin and by the time she wants to i still want 2 2 but i just cant get and erection right away it takes at least and extra 10 mins and the sec we start i cant last long at all and i dont understand why . this has happen to me b4 a lkong time ago and right before we have sex i think 2 myself am i gonna get an erection or is something gonna go wrong again , i went a few months without this problem and it seemed to come back n i don't know what to do????

I have the same problem. I always try to finger my GF to orgasim. She enjoys a slow finger job. But by the time i get her there and she takes a few minutes to recover, my penis is asleep. I need to get to it as soon as i get wood. Sometimes i think i should go ahead a f her then do the fingers job.

Performance Anxiety

This does sound like a classic case of performance anxiety. The more you think about it, the worse it gets. You can check the pages here on Erection Problems or Impotence, which recommend Sex Therapy as a good treatment for this kind of problem. You would probably get a lot more out this than going the chemical route.
