Poor Ejaculation

My Boyfriend is 47, I'm 36 we have a wonderful sex life as long as he takes viagra. I want to know why he has such poor ejaculation? He has had two back surgeries. He is embarrased to go to a Dr. and tell him that my girlfriend wants me to come more, but its true!! I don't know why he would have such poor ejaculation,,, can it be fixed?? Reduced Ejaculation

Ejaculation reduces as a man gets older. He may be having a completely normal ejaculation here. It is possible the back surgery may have had an ompact on the nerves which supply the ejaculatory reflex. Whatever the reason, it is not likely to change.
