Inability to orgasm/ejaculate

I am a healthy 19 yr. old male, recently became sexually active with my girlfriend. I am unable to reach orgasm during sex, during oral sex or by her hand. I have no problem holding an erection, I just won't climax. I can reach orgasm through masturbation, but that takes upwards of 45 minutes. It's not a problem of attraction, I love this person very much and this problem makes her very frustrated and insecure (the irony is not lost on me) which has motivated me to look for ways to fix whatever's wrong with me- it doesn't bother me as much as it makes her feel I don't find her attractive and I can't seem to convince her that its not that (she is extremely attractive). Any help, advice, or resources that could be of use would be appreciated.

I am a 18yr old male, whos been having the best sex of my life with a older.. women.. whos even married.. anyways.. i have had the same problem i have had sex before but its always the same i have sex and i just cant ejaculate i dont know why, sooo i finally figured it out.. first of all when your STROKING/ inside her you have to relax your self... totally, dont try to put pressure on your Penis and dont think about anything else besides the fact that your having sex this method works always for me .. our first few times we would have sex for hours, longest was 4.. beleive it or not... but she never understood why i couldnt cum and i finally did once and i realized how and what the problems is, some of us our just shy and not used to ejaculating with other people around so to say, i now can have sex for hours and when i feel like i am ready to cum i cum on command so to say, i just start focusing and relax... hope this helps

It is an annoying and troublesome problem and more common thanyou think. It is indeed nothing to do with your girlfriend, but something inside you that won't allow you to orgasm in her presence. I cna't tell what the best way forward may be for you. Read Retarded Ejaculation and see if that gives you any clues and continue your researches on the internet.

retarded ejaculation

some medications can cause this problem. i am on flomax for a urinary problem and retarded ejaculation is a side effect. if you are on any meds. check them for side effects.
