I became a BASRT Accredited and UKCP Registered sexual and relationship therapist following a long career in the television, where I produced business and educational programmes. I worked with the major broadcasters as well as becoming MD of The Video Works, an Independent TV Production company, which won the Coopers Deloitte Emerging Business Award. I was closely involved with the ITV management and Trade Unions, which established the first Equal Opportunities Policies, regarding Race, Sex and Disability.
