I have a problem with ejaculating in the vagina. I have since half a year a girlfriend and she is my first sexual partner (I am 34). I do get erection and sometimes I enjoy the feeling of intercourse, but I can only ejaculate by masturbation. What can I do to enjoy the feeling in the vagina more. Is it a physiological or psychological problem?

Some men find that the penis has become so accustomed to responding to masturbation that it has to learn to respond to the vagina. The vagina offers less friction, perhaps, and the presence of a partner can cause some anxiety as well, which makes it worse. We think that both of these could apply to you, and there may be other issues going on as well.
You are at the beginning of your sexual experiences with a partner, so it is not unusual to find some difficulties at this stage.
