ejaculation without orgasm

Sex Problems for Men

When having intercourse I ejaculate without any sensation of ejculation or having an orgasm and it is only the reduction in stiffness of my penis that indicates that I have ejaculated - clearly, this is not satisfying me or my partner. What can I do about it?

Me. too- from stroke (not what you're thinking!)

I suffered a stroke a few months ago, caused it seems by a chiropractic neck "adjustment". Spent four days in the hospital, coudn't see, couldn't walk....but hey, most stroke victims would love to have my problem.

Ever since, for the first time in my life, I am totally unable to come. But erection and ejaculation are normal. Not much fun, but worse things happen at sea.

At this point, I'm just surfing for answers (my doctor's eyes were wide when I told him - I guess this wasn't taught in med school). And hoping that time heals all wounds. Hasta quando?

Anybody with similar problem? Solution?

Thanks, webifiliacs!

Ejaculation without orgasm

This is a relatively uncommon situation, but not unknown, although we cannot tell you the causes. We suggest you get a medical check up as a first step, then if nothing is found you could consult a therapist. Sometimes the body just seems to numb itself for no obvious purpose, although there may deeper seated reasons why it has done that. A therapist would able to explore that with you.

Ejaculation without Orgasm

I have seen a Urologist and nothing was found. I should mention that when I masturbate I achieve an orgasm. Is it possible that, in the past, by trying to delay ejaculation by using 2 fingers and a thumb to squeeze the head of the penis that I have caused some damage to the penis? Is there such a thing as retarded orgasm? I am at a loss as to where to find a solution.

I feel your pain.

I have notice this same thing, but only when I am on top. If my wife is on top or during forplay I have a real orgasm. It has something to do with my hip and pelvic flexions.

Me too

It only happens to me when I am on top too -- normally after prolonged sexual contact. It's like my body just gives up. There's merely an ejaculation with no other sensation accompanying it. I think there may be some psychological factors at play for me. I have been having trouble coping with my girlfriend's sexual history.
