Masturbation from age 14, up to three times a day is perfectly normal. If you do not masturbate at all, that is normal as well. You will not have damaged your penis from masturbation unless you have used excessive force.

Children Masturbate

Children from toddlers onwards are able to masturbate, as they discover their bodies and the pleasure they can give. This is normal and natural, and parents teach them what is culturally acceptable in this area.
