Though a 1.5" long erect penis may be physically capable of penetration, it cannot be viewed as being as satisfying one either anatomically or psychologically. Indeed, such a tiny appendage fits the medical criterion for a "micropenis".

The best thing is to be frank, but caring. Avoid referring to your husband's penis as "tiny" or "too small", and concentrate more on your lack of pleasure and how to overcome it. Communicate and experiment with a light heart and a playful attitude, and you may be surprised with the results.
