The problem is painful ejaculation. It seems to have developed over the last few years. My semen changed and it seems like sometimes it won't fit through my urethra. The consistancy is generally watery with "clumps" of sticky/gooey/white-yellowish I'm not sure what. Sometimes it hurts when these almost mucus like pieces come through my urethra. They are sticky enough to hold their shape which is like a cylinder of some sort. Long and round almost as if it was a mold of the inside of my penis. There are no other symptoms, no discharge, no sores. I'm at aloss, and advice would really help. My last STD test was negative and the symptoms started before then, I guess that still doesn't all the way rule one out but...
