Hey all,

I need some help here because I am not sure what to do in this situation. Let me just start from the beginning...

I decided to start a relationship with this girl I have known for 7 years. We started dating back in September 07 and all was going great. We did all kinds of things together and seemeed to never leave eachothers side. Things slowly started to change...I was becoming overprotective and constantly had to be by her side. I will admit that I was attached. I started arguments if she did not go to bed when I did...or did not want to do anything in bed but I would always apologize right after we had a little argument.

The arguments werent really that bad it was just a simple why do you have to stay up so late, or why wont you sleep with me what is your problem. Then she ended up breaking up with me and told me it would never work out, so I did the worst thing possible and kept calling her and calling her, texting her and texting her. I left her letters saying that I can and will change my ways, then finally I just let go and didnt talk to her anymore.

A few of her friends told me everything will be fine just give her time she is angry with you right now, so I did. On her myspace I was still on her top friends...so I figured I will text her at the end of the work week. I texted her and what it ended up being is we can be friends, but it will be wierd because there can be no feelings. Then we got to talking and I asked her if she would like to go out for a few drinks later on that night and she texted back yes she would. She asked me if I could carry her babies crib upstairs for her..so I stopped by and did that first then we ended up going out and at the end of the night I dropped her off at her house and went back to mine. The next day she texted me and asked me what I was doing.

I mentioned that I was just meeting up with one of my friends and she said you guys can come hang out with me if you would like, so I did. She seems all for this friend thing but I cant tell. I mean how can I be her friend if I still have feelings for her? At the bar the second night she was dancing with a few other guys which didnt bother me one bit, but if we were the way we used to be I would have been a little mad. Then she had a married cop calling her later that night and was kind of bragging about it...yea that kind of bothered me but I didnt show it. I guess what Im trying to ask is...what is she trying to do? Is she actually serious about the lets just be friends or does she possibly want me back? What should I do if I want her back?
All her friends keep telling me the same thing. I hope you guys work things out...I just dont know what to do.
