Not enough, or strong enough, ejaculation

Sex Problems for Men

One ejaculation problem not listed/described per se at your Web site is
where there is a reduced volume of ejaculate from normal and there is
little or no forceful ejection of semen despite the perception of normal
contractions associated with climax. In a normal, healthy man, ejection
of semen can extend for as much as a few feet if unimpeded. And so, if
semen is being ejected but barely and in reduced volume, one would
suspect that this was not normal especially given that it is a departure
from what was normal hitherto.

We think you may have an unrealistic expectation of what is so called
normal, and as you will be aware from your own experience the volume and
viscosity of ejaculate is very variable from one orgasm to another, as is
the force with which it is expelled. The changes to semen and the
forcefulness of ejaculate become more pronounced over the years, as with
time the quantity, viscosity and force all become very much reduced. We are
sure you are already aware of this from your other internet searches.

negative, we don't all have huge expectations

I am experiencing the same problems, I am a perfectly healthy 19yr old male, I used to have normal ejaculations as described previously. However, I joined the military and ever since boot camp, my ejaculations are smaller, not forceful; the semen barely has enough pressure to ooze out. What would cause this? What is it called?
