I am 29 and I've just started seeing a girl after being out of a proper relationship for about 6.5 years. I have had a couple of partners in that time but for my part at least they were no more than just a bit of fun. I have never suffered from premature ejaculation before but I now cant seem to last for more than a couple of minutes after penetration before coming. What can I do to sort this out? Aside from being embarrasing i'm feeling guilty that my new partner is not getting what she should be out of our sex life.
