Porn Addiction

Hey, i didn't take internet pornography that serious till i got to this website. If it is an addiction and affects a sexual life, how can i get rid of it? Is there any good online therapy or maybe safe search & blockers softwares that can keep pornography sites away?
If the addiction goes will everything be normal in my sexual life again?

Overcoming porn addiction.

I suggest you go to www.amazon.co.uk and get some books on this topic, as you have only just realised that it may be affecting you. Anything by Patrick Carnes will be good, "Under the Shadow of the Net" is one suggestion.

Information from reading will help you decide where you are with it yourself. Of course porn addiction affects your sexual life, as it uses up your sexual energy, and you only have a limited amount. It also affects your ability to relate sexually to another person.

If you overcome it, then naturally your sexual life will return to what you want it to be.
