Hi, for quite some time now i have had ejaculatory problems - i cannot at all whilst having sex and have never been able to. I have even been circumcised as i thought it was a problem with skin tightness at the tip of my penis, but this has not remedied the situation. Can you offer any advice, i am pretty certain that this is a mental issue rather than physical as i can ejaculate via masturbation.
