No interest in sex since pregnancy two and a half years ago!

I have lost all interest in sex with my husband. It all seems to have happened after post natal depression. My baby is now 2 and a half years old. But still I do not find sex a turn on even though I fancy my husband to bits! He is now not very happy but fairly understanding about my problem.. How do I regain my thirst for sex?

Common change in desire

It is very common for a woman's level of sexual desire to drop after each baby, the biggest drop being after the first one.
Not feeling desire does not necessarily mean you can't enjoy things, although the way you enjoy them may have changed.
If you have a vaginal delivery, the anatomy of your genital area can change quite a bit, and that can mean that what hit your spot before now doesn't.
You may find you have to experiment with things for a while, and do not worry too much about being turned on.
Sexual feelings are usually the last things to come back after any depression, especially post natal depression, so be patient with yourself.
