Can ejaculate, but not orgasm.

I have no problem getting or maintaining an erection, or ejaculating. I just don't orgasm. It just never has any good feeling to it at all. What's going on?

OK, mabye I should explain more. I'm 18. I have always gotten very little enjoyment out of masturbating. I am a virgin. I am not taking medication. I suffer from what I think is depression sometimes, and I think I may be going through something like dysthymia, but it has never been diagnosed. I've never orgasmed since I started masturbating at around 13. I also often feel a soreness at the base of my penis or in my testicles during or soon after masturbating. I usually masturbate once every few days.
