Sir,
I am a 22 year old man. I had a critical heart desease since birth and though it was operated but cured upto 10% only. Now I am young enough and ready for sexual activities. But problem is that I am suffering from severe premature ejaculation problems. When I see any pornographic or sexual movies and photographs my penis automatically ejaculates. I thought to take Caverta, a medicine from Ranbaxy to solve this problem, but I come to know that this is dangerous for heart patients. So, sir, please suggest some medicine to solve my premature ejaculation problem so that in the future also I can have sex with pleasure with my partner.

i had the same problem ...(get in)

i am 26 years old and had the same problem for as long as i remember.
it used to be the laughter issue of me and my friends, lately a friend referred me to a web site that sells cialis (i think it was mediclub.md).
about half an hour after taking the pills i got aroused and two minutes later i was done and finished....it took me another two minutes to get the erection hard again (amazing stuff cialis)and this time it took me about ten minutes to "come" ....two minutes later i was ready with an erection again and this time i was the king of the world doing stuff i could never believe i could do.
i think you should talk to your doctor and see if you can take cialis ...if you can you are in luck it had changed my sex life.
