Hello,
I see that all the women in the relationships seem to be posting about this problem. I need to come forward and get help. I don't know what to do anymore. I have a fairly new relationship, but I alrey know shes the one for me. I've been masturbating since I was 10. My house ahd illegal cable with free porn channels, thats how it all started. Now with the internet I am getting into all kinds of porn. I don't wnat to get into specifics, but when I guy gets bored he tends to wander off into new un natual things. However, I have tried to break my habit by blocking the sites in a windows HOST file. Having blocking software that filters hour sites based on content off the website. I changed the master password to some random coppied text, so I couldn't change it. Needless to say it didn't help em all that much. I eventually figured my way around it, now I'm back to porn. My girlfriend and I have sex, yes... however we have different schedules and still live far waya from eachother. I work 40+ hours a week, and hardly see her. So when we see each other the sex is often filled wiht passion. THe last time we had sex was 2 days ago and we had sex 3 times in a single day. That says a lot. Now my mind is fixated on porn. I'm not sure how to deal with my problem. Can someone please help me? I don't wnat to ruin my relationshop... I love my girlfriend very much.

How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet

1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( That's important.

2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov

3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.

4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.

5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.

6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.

Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

Life style change.

First of all let me introduce myself. I am a 21 yo boy who loves porn and weird stuff as you do and i believe i am the same addictive as you. But i can stop the addiction and i see in your lifestyle a couple of mistakes.

Firstly i believe you cannot have a career and a family together. You work 40+ hours a week and u never see ur gf. Have some time off man! Do crazy things together, go to the beach or sth, spend some cash, live a little!

Secondly, dont spend so much time in the computer. Sign in to a gym or something, read a book! Have you read the Da Vinci Code?

Anw I hope these advice be useful to ur life.
