Getting her back?

I finished with my ex the past month and a half, we did not speak till the other night at our local night club, by the end of the night we were kissing and hugging each other, for the past 4 days now we have been texting and phoning each other,

but... she says that she doesnt want to go steady with me, because she is having the time of her life and wants to see other people (not steady. Do you think she is just saying this to make herself stronger?

She says she still loves me loads and said we can go with each other if we see each other out,

We were together for 4yrs, is this a good sign of us getting back together?

She seems to be clear about what she wants, and a night of kissing and hugging after a club evening doesn't usually mean anything much. People phone and text each other all the time and that doesn't mean anything much either.
I suggest you take what she says as being what she means, have her as a friend if you can, and let her go. She wants to see other people. If you are the best of the lot, then she may come back, but you can see others too.
