Can't ejaculate, just get shivers, cold hands and pins and needles

When my girlfriend gives me oral sex or nething, i just get the shivers and pins and needles in my hands, i dnt ejaculate, i don't masturbate cos i just can't ejaculate from that either, im 18 an i still have wet dreams, whats a matter with me?!!

my main advice to you would be for you to go to your primary doctor and explain to him what has been going on and see if there is anything that you can do about it. don't be nervous that's what doctors are for trust me i work for one you wouldn't believe half the stuff i hear. hope it was some what helpful.

you are probably just a young buck. give it some time, you are putting too much pressure on the jizz which is making you concentrate so hard that all the excitement goes to your head.
